Partenza da Tangeri, subito i monti Rif fino a Taza, da qui si sale sul Moyen Atlas fino ad Azital da dove si sale la catena dell'Alto Atlante, con cime che superano i 4.000 metri di quota. Queste montagne in inverno e primavera si prestano allo scialpinismo; quando ormai le nevi sono sciolte diventano teatro di trekking più o meno lunghi, che oltre a offrire interessanti panorami, permettono di attraversare numerosi villaggi ed entrare in contatto con la popolazione locale. Il Jebel Toubkal (m. 4.167) è la cima più alta della catena. A Toukcal si entra nel Anti Atlas che lentamente degradano verso il mare, a Temesquida, sull' Oceano Atlantico, da qui dopo qualche giorno di riposo e bagni raggiungerò Agadir per far ritorno in Patria.

Départ de Tangeri, immédiatement les montagnes Rif jusqu'à Taza, d'ici il il grimpe sur le Moyen Atlas mince à Azital de où il grimpe la chaîne du grand Atlas avec les sommets qui vainquent le quota de 4.000 compteurs.
